ABOUT TOTUM

DELIVERING VALUE BEYOND THE TRANSACTION

About Totum Realty Advisors

With decades of experience in commercial real estate, we became disillusioned by how transactional and misaligned the industry has become. We saw brokerages prioritize compensation over client commitment and transactions over relationships, which was fundamentally against everything we stood for.

We are stalwart advocates for privately held businesses, and our mission is to deliver long-term value in alignment with our core values.

Our approach? Relentless commitment to you.

Totum is latin for "whole," and this word illustrates our approach to doing business and our core values. Not only do we look at the whole picture of your business, from your current investments to your long-term goals, but we also approach our client relationships as all or nothing. If we aren't willing to give your business our total time, attention, and commitment, we aren't doing the work that we originally set out to do.

Integrity

We uphold honesty and transparency to build lasting trust with every client.

Passion

We are relentless in our dedication to our work and to our clients.

Service

Exceptional support ensures you feel confident and informed throughout your realty journey.

Respect

Respect is the foundation for our business, and we treat people how we want to be treated.

We Love Our Clients

Len Caric - Independent Sponsor

Recently we engaged Totum on a sale side assignment where the real estate and operating company were being sold separately. They were able to unlock value and created a windfall of capital that was never expected in the transaction and exceeded our expectations at every step. Buy side or sell side, we trust Totum to ensure that our real estate decisions are thoughtful and impactful to our overall investment objectives.

Vice President

Michael has been advising local, regional, and national clients in commercial real estate, business representation, and business development for over 40 years. As Totum's Vice President, he internalizes the firm’s philosophy in prioritizing client needs to deliver the best outcomes for occupiers.
